Mechanical and Metallurgical Services in One Location

In-House Sample Preparation Through to Testing

Mechanical Testing

Mechanical testing is carried out to ASTM and ISO standards, including tensile, impact, hardness, and fracture toughness tests. Test pieces are prepared using CNC equipment and processed through controlled heat treatment to reflect real-world performance conditions. All testing is performed by qualified personnel using calibrated equipment, with full documentation available as required.

Metallurgical Testing

Our metallurgical lab carries out macro and micrographic examinations, corrosion testing, SEM analysis, ferrite counts, grain size measurement, and decarburisation profiling. For advanced evaluation, we also offer quench dilatometry and calorimetry, supporting both production integrity checks and R&D investigations.
