Large-Scale Forging Capability
Our forging capability enables the production of long, high-integrity sections up to 170 tonnes finished weight, with shaft lengths reaching up to 22 metres and shaft turning up to 24 metres to suit the scale of modern submarine platforms.
Integrated Manufacturing Control
Every stage from melting to machining is carried out on-site at our Sheffield facility. This allows full quality oversight, traceability, and consistent output for safety-critical defence components.
