Gender is no barrier to careers at Sheffield Forgemasters and to celebrate #IWD2022, a group of our employees struck the #BreakTheBias pose to forge positive visibility for women and to recognise women’s achievements.
Together, we aim to maintain a gender equal workplace and amplify a call to action, to everyone everywhere, to do what they can to help build an inclusive world and to celebrate diverse backgrounds, perspectives and talent.
